Ela Cindoruk was born in Ankara in 1963. She studied Industrial design at Middle East Technical University. Afterwards, she studied Jewelry and Metals at Parsons’ School of Design in New York City, USA. Ela Cindoruk works together with her friend Nazan Pak. She co-founded "ECNP-Jewellery" along with Nazan Pak in 1993. She has participated in many national and international exhibitions. Her works have been exhibited in many galleries in Rome, Paris, Vienna and Istanbul. Alongside her work as a jewelry maker, she has designed products and lectured at Istanbul Bilgi University and Istanbul Technical University. In 2012, Cindoruk received an honorable mention award for her work “Five in One” in the Red Dot Design Award.
