Ms. Gürsoy was born in Istanbul in 1980. She graduated with a degree from Marmara University in applied jewelry technology. She has worked as a designer in lapidary at leading companies in the jewelry industry for many years. She now has her own studio. Ms. Gürsoy has been awarded the prestigious first place designer award of the Taj Jewelry Design Competition in 2008. She is also teaching wax modelling and silversmithing classes at Mahrec Sanatevi in order to share her knowledge and experiences with the new generation of jewelry designers.
